On time, on budget, excellent quality of workmanship, a tidy building site, pleasant and cooperative tradesmen and the fact that you have both been a pleasure to work with has resulted in a stress free project for Sara and I. There is not much more to say other than we are very pleased with both the upper floor addition and lower floor remodelling that you have built for us.
